Régimes matrimoniaux et successions en droit international privé européen : une cohabitation harmonieuse?

In this presentation, I attempt to examine the relationship between the Succession Regulation (650/2012) and matrimonial property. I do so by looking at the difficulties which could arise both from a practical perspective as well as from a more fundamental angle. Attention is given to the future Matrimonial Property Regulation and the need to coordinate it with the Succession Regulation
