According to the ILO/WHO psychosocial risks are factors that can affect the mental and physicalhealth of the worker. The temporary outsourcing sector has become a major employer but most of the interventions on occupational risks have focused on staff at work, neglecting administrative staff. This paper describes psychosocial risk factors and their relationship to the health status in administrative personnel of a temporary employment agency Cali (Colombia).
