This research aimed to identify, evaluate, and analyze both protective and risk psychosocial factors associated with labor, that are particular to the employees with different sorts of con-tracts in a private university in Cali, Colombia. The descriptive study collects information from the application via email of the ISTAS 21 to 1,290 subjects who participated voluntarily and fully answered the questionnaire.
