PENGARUH PERSEPSI RISIKO, MANFAAT, DAN KEAMANAN TERHADAP PENGGUNAAN LAYANAN MOBILE BANKING PADA BANK MANDIRI DI SURABAYA

This study examined the influence of the risk perceptions, benefits, and safety on usage mobile banking services in Surabaya.The Methods of data collection using questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents user of mobile banking at Bank Mandiri Surabaya with research areas conducted in Surabaya. The Testing analysis using SPSS 20.0 for windows that were used to analyze multiple linear regression and classical assumption test consisting of four trials that normality test, multicoleniritites, autocorrelation, and heteroscedasticity test. The independent variable used in this study was the risk perceptions, benefits, and security while the dependent variable was the user of mobile banking services. The results of this research simultaneous test showed that the risk perception variables, benefits and security (independent) simultaneously have given significant effect on usage of variable mobile banking services (dependent). The results of research partial test showed that the risk perception have given significant negative effect on usage of mobile banking services at Bank Mandiri in Surabaya, while the variable benefits showed the positive significant effect on usage variable of mobile banking services at Bank Mandiri in Surabaya, and for the security variable did not show significant effect on usage of mobile banking services at Bank Mandiri in Surabaya.
