PENGARUH PERSEPSI RESIKO, KENYAMANAN, BIAYA, DAN KEPERCAYAAN SERTA KEUNGGULAN RELATIF TERHADAP PENGGUNAAN MOBILE BANKING BAGI NASABAH BANK MANDIRI DI SURABAYA

This research aims to analyze and find out the influence of perceived risk, perceived convenience, perceived cost, and trust and relative advantage towards the use of mobile banking. This research is a quantitative research by using questionnaire which spread to the respondents who use Mandiri Bank mobile banking in Surabaya. The used data in this research is primary data by using purposive sampling method. Sample in this research is 100 respondents, who includes within the researcher’s criteria which are customers aged minimum 19 years old and using mobile banking for trice a month at least. This research uses Double Linier Regression analysis by using SPSS 20.0 analysis tool. The research result shows that perceived risk influences significantly negative towards the use of mobile banking while perceived convenience and relative advantage do not influences significantly towards the use of mobile banking and also perceived cost and trust influences significantly positive towards the use of Mandiri Bank mobile banking. Suggestion for the next researcher is it will be better if can spread the questionnaire overall and widely and also more selective in choosing the respondents who can give serious answers.
