In this paper the researcher also use rules derived from the theory related to topics discussed. Moreover, the authors use basic methods used in this researh is qualitative and descriptive method (a method of observation, so the descriptions obtained by the author can be presented in this paper). Data collection techniques that I use in the form of primary data and secondary data, while the data collection methods, the authors use the method of observation, interview, and literature study.In the data analysis and the results of the study contains a general overview of the exposure of the authors of the object studied and the factors to be considered during a sail on a chart of traffic separation Japan Kanmon strait.For that, they need a good seafarer skills so that these problems can be overcome in order to realize a safe shipping in the traffic separation scheme.
