Uwarunkowania uczestnictwa osób niepełnosprawnych intelektualnie w otwartym rynku pracy

Persons with disabilities are included in the group against the risk of marginalization and social exclusion in different spheres of social life. In this paper, was made references to the specific participation of people with intellectual disabilities in the labor market and the legal basis of vocational and social welfare in Poland. The attempt was taken to clarify the difficult access to the profession, or the lack of labor market participation of people with intellectual disabilities in the context of social exclusion and marginalization
