A song in Cieszyn Silesia has accompanied people in their every-day life for a long time. Its role in building the culture of a personal, family and social life is unquestionable. One of the choires in Zaolzie that cherishes traditions of Polish singing with great passion and concern is “Melodia” female choir. The choir is an organization creating the centre of musical life. It also performs an educational function in a social environment. There is a tight connection between an individual artistic development of choir female singers and rising sensitivity and love for music by family members. Hence, musical passion of the choir female singers stimulates the development of the musical culture in their family and social life
