Leaders are people, who firstly manage, but they have set an objective to motivate and inspire their followers for completing the certain tasks. The aim behind these activities is to increase the efficiency, productivity and overall satisfaction at work. The skills required to be a good leader should not be underestimated. For example, leader’s conceptual skills for setting a vision, human skills for motivating and working with people and technical skills which show his proficiency. Just how much it takes to be a good leader can be explained by the fact that almost all the successful directors are seen like leaders more than managers and that is why a role of leadership is not about personality, it is about practicing and improving their skills
