Current trends of meat market development in the republic of Tatarstan

The article reveals the basic sector-wide problems of meat industry in the Republic of Tatarstan, related to the insufficient productive capacity use as well as to inefficient cost structure in terms of fixed and variable costs ratio. As evidenced by the conducted analysis the operation of most meat-processing enterprises of Tatarstan Republic is instable and the proposed strategic development programs lack sufficient justification. This carries inference that the system of business processes management is inefficient.
