Keičiantis darbo jėgos demografijai, pastebima Y kartos lūkesčių kaita darbdaviui bei darbdavio įvaizdį formuojančiai komunikacijai. Lietuvos Y kartos specialistų lūkesčių darbdaviui bei darbdavio įvaizdį formuojančiai komunikacijai empirinių tyrimų nėra gausu.
