Netkani tekstilni materijali za primenu u medicini

The review of nonwoven textile materials for medical application and medical textile products partially or en tirely made of nonvowens is presented. Medical textile is important sector of technical textile characterized with great diversity of products from simple wipes to sophisticated membranes. There is dynamic increase of consumption of this type of textile products during last thirty years and forecasts predict further increase of their consumption in near future. The types of textile fibers as well as the production lines for nonvowen textile materials most commonly used for medical products are discussed in this paper. Nonvowen textile materials might be applied for almost all types of medical textile products nonimplantable materials, extracorporeal devices, implantable materials health care/hygiene products.U ovom radu prikazani su netkani teksitlni materijali za primenu u medicini i medicinski tekstilni proizvodi izrađeni delimično ili u celini od netkanog tekstila. Medicinski tekstil predstavlja važnu vrstu tehničkog tekstila i odlikuje se raznovrsnošću proizvoda, od jednostavnih krpa do sofisticiranih membrana. Uočava se dinamičan rast potrošnje ove vrste tekstilnih proizvoda u poslednjih trideset godina i prognoze predviđaju dalji porast potrošnje u bližoj budućnosti. U radu su razmatrana tekstilna vlakna, kao i postupci proizvodnje netkanih tekstilnih materijala koji se najčešće koriste za izradu medicinskih proizvoda. Netkani tekstilni materijali mogu biti primenjeni za skoro sve vrste medicinskih tekstilnih proizvoda: za eksternu primenu na ljudskom telu, za vantelesne naprave, implantate, kao i za zdravstveno higijenske proizvode. Izgledi za povećanje potrošnje medicinskog tekstila su naročito dobri za proizvode od netkanog tekstila i za medicinski tekstil za jednokratnu upotrebu u operacionim salama
