Efeito de diferentes esp?cies de Trichoderma no controle de pat?genos habitantes do solo na cultura da soja

Soybeans became one of the most important crops to the agribusiness world. But along with it, many barriers also emerged along the way, such as diseases, especially those caused by soil borne pathogens, which have significantly interfered in the development and productivity of the crop. These pathogens are considered difficult to control because many of them have resistance structures, allowing them to survive for a long time in the absence of their host. In view of this, the use of the chemical method in the control of these pathogens is currently quite contested, due to his inefficiency of control and its toxicity to the environment and to human health, in addition, other methods are also not as effective in the control of these pathogens. Thus, biological control appears as an alternative widely discussed in the control or in the reduction of the impacts generated by pathogens in several crops. Because of the precariousness of studies referring to biological control of pathogens from the soils in soybean crop, the present study was carried out using Trichoderma species in the control of pathogens Rhizoctonia solani, Fusarium solani and Phytophthora sojae in the way in vitro and as in in vivo in a greenhouse. So, it was observed that some species of Trichoderma used, were able to inhibit the growth in vitro of the pathogens tested. In the tests in vivo, the use of Trichoderma proves to be effective in the control of soybean diseases caused by these pathogens, being T. asperellum the most suitable for the control of R. solani while T. harzianum UFFS was the most effective in reducing the severity of F. solani and P. sojae.A soja tornou-se uma das culturas mais importantes para o agroneg?cio mundial. Por?m, junto ? ela, muitos entraves tamb?m foram surgindo ao longo de seu cultivo, como as doen?as, especialmente as causadas por pat?genos habitantes do solo, que passaram a interferir significativamente no desenvolvimento e a produtividade da cultura. Esses pat?genos, s?o considerados de dif?cil controle, por muitos deles apresentarem estruturas de resist?ncia, permitindo-lhes sobreviver por um longo per?odo na aus?ncia de seu hospedeiro. Diante disso, o uso do m?todo qu?mico no controle desses pat?genos atualmente ? bastante contestado, em fun??o da sua inefici?ncia de controle e sua toxidade perante o ambiente e ? sa?de humana, al?m disso, outros m?todos de controle tamb?m n?o s?o t?o eficazes no controle desses pat?genos. Assim, o controle biol?gico surge como uma alternativa amplamente discutida no controle ou na redu??o dos impactos gerados por pat?genos em diversas culturas. Devido a precariedade de estudos referentes ao controle biol?gico de pat?genos de solo na cultura da soja, instigou-se a realizar o presente trabalho, utilizando esp?cies de Trichoderma no controle dos pat?genos Rhizoctonia solani, Fusarium solani e Phytophthora sojae tanto na forma in vitro como em in vivo em casa de vegeta??o. Assim, p?de-se perceber que algumas esp?cies de Trichoderma utilizadas, foram capazes de inibir o crescimento in vitro dos pat?genos testados. Nos ensaios in vivo, o uso de Trichoderma mostrou-se efetivo no controle das doen?as da soja ocasionadas por esses pat?genos, sendo T. asperellum o mais indicado para o controle de R. solani enquanto que T. harzianum UFFS foi o mais eficiente na redu??o da severidade dos sintomas de F. solani e P. sojae
