Analisis Potensi dan Strategi Pengembangan Obyek Wisata Air di Kabupaten Boyolali Tahun 2018

Boyolali Regency is one of regencies which is known to have a lot of tourism potential, particularly water tours. There are many tourist attractions in the region. This research aims to know the potential and analyzing the direction of development of water attractions that are located in Boyolali Regency. The methods used in conducting the study i.e. surveys, observation, and interviews against the relevant parties. The results showed the State of the water attractions there is already good enough, although there are still facilities on taste less supportive. The results of internal potential classification indicates that there is a Tlatar and reservoirs have levels of classification Bade? is high, while the Reservoirs on Kedungombo Umbul Pengging also produce and the level of classification of the potential of the medium, and the Cengklik Reservoir and the Umbul Tirtomulyo has a low potential level of classification. In contrast to the results of the classification of the external potential, Umbul Umbul Pengging also Tlatar and have a high level of classification, Cengklik Reservoirs and Bade reservoir classification and Tirtomulyo as well as on Kedungombo Reservoirs have low classification. Development strategy based on SWOT analysis results that is doing the development and support of tours that have potential, management and good planning, as well as improving infrastructure in tourism, improving promotion by optimizing the potential of nature and the uniqueness of each tourist attraction, as well as increasing the involvement of local communities in managing tourism
