Analisis Perbedaan Keakuratan Kode Diagnosis Commotio Cerebri Pada Dokumen Rekam Medis Pasien BPJS Dan Umum Di Rumah Sakit PKU Muhammadiyah Karanganyar

PKU Muhammadiyah Karanganyar Hospital is one of the private hospitals from three hospitals in Karanganyar district that have provided health insurance patient services (BPJS). There is a difference in coding for BPJS patients and patients paying for themselves (General) in the case of Commotio Cerebri. The aim of the study was to find out the difference in accuracy of the diagnosis code of Commotio Cerebri on the medical record documents of BPJS and General patients at PKU Muhammadiyah Karanganyar Hospital. This type of research uses observational analytic with a cross sectional approach. The population of this research was 252. Inpatient Medical Record Commotio Cerebri case document as much as 252. The sampling technique used was Systematic Random Sampling technique and the sample size was 69. Statistical test used chi square using SPSS. The results showed that there was a difference in the accuracy of the diagnosis code of Commotio Cerebri on the medical record documents of BPJS and General patients at PKU Muhammadiyah Karannganyar Hospital with a value of p = 0.048.
