O professor, seu trabalho, sua formação: dimensões políticas do trabalho docente no curso de Pedagogia da Universidade Federal de Uberlândia

This study is in line for Research on Public Policy and Management Education and has as central theme the restructuring of the teaching work and its developments in teacher training courses focused on pedagogy course of the Federal University of Uberlândia (UFU). The aim was to analyse the changes in teacher training courses of UFU, specifically in the course of teaching, and how this course has covered issues relating to the restructuring process of teaching work in the context of policies for teacher training in Brazil. The study characterized himself as a literature search and documentary, qualitative approach and analytical character-critical. For the study examining the Educational Project of the Course of Pedagogy of the UFU and documents in national and institutional framework, which guided the redrafting of training courses for teachers and in particular the reform of teaching the course of UFU as opinions, Resolutions, Memoranda of Internal Faculty of Education (FACED), Acts, Ordinances, Cards of subjects and course plans. How categories central guidelines of the study elected the following dimensions: the relaxation, the insecurity, the professionalism, regulation, deregulation and disqualification. Our analysis enabled us to see that especially the disciplines that make up the Center for Education Policy and Management, covered discussions on the restructuring of the teaching work and that the course of Pedagogy of the UFU, in addition to addressing the legal guidelines of the MEC has sought include discussions that promote the reflection on the process of formation of the educator and their working conditions even though they appear fairly concentrated in the Core Policy and Management Education.Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível SuperiorMestre em EducaçãoEste estudo insere-se na Linha de Pesquisa Políticas Públicas e Gestão em Educação e possui como temática central a reestruturação do trabalho docente e seus desdobramentos nos cursos de formação de professores com foco no curso de Pedagogia da UFU. O objetivo do estudo foi analisar como o curso de pedagogia da UFU tem contemplado, em seu Projeto Pedagógico, as questões referentes ao processo de reestruturação do trabalho docente e das políticas para formação de professores. O estudo caracterizou-se como uma pesquisa bibliográfica e documental, de abordagem qualitativa e de caráter analítico-crítico. Para a realização do estudo analisamos o Projeto Pedagógico do Curso de Pedagogia da UFU bem como os documentos, em âmbito nacional e institucional, que orientaram a reformulação dos cursos de formação de professores e em especial a reformulação do Curso de Pedagogia da UFU como Pareceres, Resoluções, Memorandos Internos da FACED, Atas, Portarias, Fichas de Disciplinas e Planos de Curso. Como categorias centrais orientadoras do estudo elegemos as seguintes dimensões: a flexibilização, a precarização, a profissionalização, a regulação, a desregulamentação e a desqualificação. Nossas análises nos permitiram verificar que especialmente as disciplinas que compõem o Núcleo Política e Gestão da Educação, contemplaram discussões acerca da reestruturação do trabalho docente e que o curso de Pedagogia da UFU, paralelamente ao atendimento das orientações legais do MEC, tem buscado contemplar discussões que promovem a reflexão sobre o processo de formação do pedagogo e suas condições de trabalho ainda que estas apareçam de forma bastante concentrada no Núcleo Política e Gestão da Educação
