The house is a three-storey building with a rectangular floor plan partly situated in the slope. In the middle of the building, there is an atrium reaching to the second floor. The construction is covered by a flat green roof. The building is designed for the permanent residence of 28 seniors, with their rooms including sanitary facilities located on the two upper floors.
