The author examines the concept of internal public order with respect to international arbitration, by exploring internal and international legislation and case-law in Quebec which deal with international and internal arbitration. Do the international public order considerations relating to international arbitration in Quebec prevail or are those public order considerations aimed at limiting, as little as possible, this private means of resolving differences ?
