Bei agonistischen Antikörpern gegen Rezeptoren der TNFRSF reicht eine einfache Bindung der Antikörper an die Rezeptoren oft nicht aus, um ein intrazelluläres Signal zu erzeugen. Es konnte herausgefunden werden, dass die Verankerung der Antikörper über ihren Fc-Anteil an Fc gamma Rezeptoren ihre Fähigkeit zur agonistischen Aktivierung der TNFR extrem steigert. Diese Arbeit beschäftigt sich mit der Frage, ob die Verankerung über andere Rezeptoren möglich ist.
