This research aims to find out how the influence of government expenditure in the education sector, Human Development Index (HDI), and Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) to poverty levels in the Province of Papua at 2012 - 2016. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression panel data by hypothesis testing is F test, t test, coefficient of determination R2. The results of selecting the best model of regression analysis by data panel show that the fix effect model is the best model and includes a dummy variable into the equation.
