ANALISIS VALUE FOR MONEY UNTUK MENGUKUR KINERJA KEUANGAN PROVINSI PAPUA

This research aims to measure the financial performance of the Papua provincial government from 2014-2017 using value for money method. The Type of this research is a case study in the Government of the province of Papua. This study obtained the data by documentation. In this research, the researcher compares the realization of budget with the budget to measuring economic value, the efficiency value is measured by comparing the output and the input obtained from public accountability report on budget from the Government of the province of Papua in the earn from the property management and asset finance area of Papua Province and Ministry Directorate General of Financial Equalization, while the value effectiveness is measured by comparing outcomes and outputs. The value of the outcomes is the activities the have been implemented. He results of this study indicated the performance of the government of Papua for all activities from 2014 to 2017 was reasonably economic, efficiency, and effectiveness
