The development of Genotyping-By-Sequencing (GBS) technologies enables cost-effective analysis of large numbers of Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms (SNPs), especially in "non-model" species. Nevertheless, as such technologies enter a mature phase, biases and errors inherent to GBS are becoming evident.
