For most theatre artists, their goal is to invest some time every day into their craft. For some actors, that may be reviewing old monologues or reading about new breath support techniques. For directors, reading newly reviewed plays may be the best choice for the day. One item, however, that sometimes slips between the woodworks of a working artist can be the idea of reflection.
