Theatre is the miraculous act of placing real life on stage and giving people a chance to examine it from a new perspective. A theatrical experience has the potential to inform people's minds, touch people's hearts, and bring people together. Even when the subject matter is something as common as the four-year college experience, theatre allows unique voices to be heard in an intimate setting that few other medias can rival. Using songs from varying musicals and interviews from graduating Bachelor of Fine Arts students, I have created a one-act musical examining the four-year college experience that is so common and yet so unique to each of us.
