This collection contains material on the history of Jewish emigration from Germany. There is a manuscript entitled "Ein Beitrag zur Geschichte der Judenauswanderung aus Deuschland" by Hermann von Freeden (1945); there are also letters, mostly between Hermann von Freeden and Fritz Schwarzschild, that discuss the diaspora of Jews from Germany before and after Second World War, as well as Gross Breesen, an agricultural training farm for Jewish youth that was established on the Germany/Poland border before the outbreak of World War II.
