ANALISA PERBANDINGAN BIAYA DAN WAKTU PADA PEKERJAAN BEKISTING METODE KONVENSIONAL DENGAN SISTEM PERI (STUDI KASUS : PROYEK APARTEMEN MENARA RUNGKUT SURABAYA)

In general, the implementation of civil buildings starts with the structure stage which is the most important step because it becomes the determinant for the building to survive in accordance with the age of the plan in receiving the load either from the burden itself and or from the outside load. In carrying out project work a project requires a method so that implementation can run according to the target time, quality and cost. Formwork planning is an important part in the implementation of reinforced concrete structures, there are several kinds of formwork method. One of them is the PERI formwork method, which was developed in Germany and has been used in several countries. In this paper, the method of PERI formwork on Apartment Menara Rungkut Surabaya Project was compared with conventional method, especially on beam and plate structure in terms of time and cost
