ANALISA PERBANDINGAN BIAYA DAN WAKTU PADA PEKERJAAN BEKISTING METODE KONVENSIONAL DENGAN METODE SISTEM PERI (Studi Kasus : Pada Proyek Pembangunan Gedung Pelayanan dan Manajemen RSUD Saiful Anwar)

The development of construction technology in Indonesia, especially in the construction sector, is required to have good management or management so that it is able to achieve the expected goals. Where project management regulates the balance between planning, organizing, implementing, and controlling limited resources in an effort to realize effective and efficient construction project targets, especially in the construction of high-rise buildings. This study aims to calculate implementation costs and implementation time using conventional formwork methods. and the PERI system used in beam, slab and column work. The analysis carried out is an analysis of formwork reinforcement, implementation methods, material requirements analysis, productivity and duration analysis, and formwork cost analysis. From these two methods, the following results are obtained: PERI system formwork requires a cost of Rp. 3,240,451,250,47.- while conventional formwork costs Rp. 3,818,229,977,44-. In terms of processing time, PERI System formwork takes 67 days. While conventional formwork takes 144 days
