This study aims to analyze the performance measurement of University Hospital of Muhammadiyah Malang with Balanced Scorecard Approach. This research uses quantitative qualitative descriptive research method. The results of this study indicate that the assessment of hospital management performance of University of Muhammadiyah Malang from a financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business perspective, growth and learning perspective considered good, this is proven from 13 indicators used to measure 11 among the good and two of them are said to not good.
