The main objective of this study was to assess the motivational factors for workers Retention in coffee management services (CMS) at Mbozi District Council Using theory of Maslow's Hierarchy of needs. A case study design was used where a sample size of 30 employees were involved in the study. In collecting the primary data, the study used questionnaire whereas the secondary data were collected through documentary review. Data ware analyzed by using Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) and descriptive Statistical Tables under cross Tabulation and figures were used to present data.
