The purpose of this study was to gather information about the current state of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) skills in OP Prosessipalvelut, Tampere and how improving these skills would affect the wellbeing at work. When employees understand the importance of their own actions within the workplace, it will create a spiral of positivity and thus make everyone feel better and be more productive. The subject for the study was chosen based on the interest of the author, as well as the actual need from the client company. A slight decrease in employees’ wellbeing at work had been noted at the workplace during the few previous quarters.
