Adventure tourism complex, for the establishment of a sustainable economy in the Sumapaz region

After making a physical inventory within territorial scales of study, this, gave as a diagnosis. Following this, a municipal urban area and a reservoir of Muña with a recovery projection to 2050 are proposed in accordance with the Regional and Sub-regional determinants. And a partial plan of the city border, to delimit the excessive growth, in addition, some projects on that urban edge, which are of regional impact and which go hand in hand with the recovery of the ecological structure of the municipality. At the level of the action unit, a development ofthe fairs square is planned, integrating it with the most important body of water, which is the Muña reservoir, thus, generating a point of high tourist affluence through different strategies of urban design, such as rainwater harvesting, tree systems, management of green and hard areas, and the interconnection of institutional buildings through pedestrian and vehicular axes. The project seeks as a complex of adventure and identity, to reinforce the sustainable economy in the region, based on the tourist model of the small entrepreneur, thus, generating a reference on how to exercise the service activity to the foreign population, using the municipality's advantages in sporting terms, as stipulated in the departmental tourist development plan. In addition, as an additional feature, reinforce the idea of the identity of the territory to promote its care.Después de realizar un inventario físico dentro de escalas territoriales de estudio, arrojó como diagnóstico la falta de articulación del gran elemento ambiental a las poblaciones, y la mono-función en la que se desenvuelve la economía, además del avanzado deterioro ambiental causado por la minería y la agricultura nociva en cercanías al pie de monte de páramo. Seguido a esto, se plantea de acuerdo con las determinantes Regionales y Sub-regionales, un casco urbano municipal y un embalse de Muña con proyección de recuperación a 2050. Y el plan parcial de borde de ciudad para delimitar el crecimiento desmedido, además de proyectos en ese borde, que sean de impacto regional y que vayan de la mano con la recuperación de la estructura ecológica del municipio. A nivel de la unidad de actuación se plantea un desarrollo de la plaza de ferias del municipio de Sibaté, integrándolo con el cuerpo de agua más importante, el cual es el embalse del Muña, generando así un punto de alta afluencia turística mediante diferentes estrategias de diseño urbano, tales como la recolección de aguas lluvias, sistemas de arborización, manejo de zonas verdes y duras, y la interconexión de edificios institucionales mediante ejes peatonales y vehiculares. El proyecto busca como complejo de aventura e identidad, reforzar la economía sostenible en la región, basado en el modelo turístico del pequeño emprendedor, generando así, una referencia de cómo ejercer la actividad de servicios a la población foránea, aprovechando las ventajas del municipio de Sibaté en términos deportivos, como lo estipula el plan de desarrollo turístico departamental.
