Interactive pole for the natural preservation of Sumapaz - Partial plan Sakúku: territory of memory and identity (Sibate-Cundinamarca)

After carrying out a physical inventory within the 3 scales of study (functional, environmental and socio-economic) comprising the provinces of Soacha, Sumapaz and the south of Bogotá, areas that comprise the Sumapaz paramo as a diagnosis the lack of articulation of the great environmental element to the different provinces, and the mono-function in which the different provinces develop economically, in addition to the advanced environmental deterioration caused by mining and harmful agriculture in the vicinity of the foothills of the paramo, in addition to this transportation and the road infrastructure is deficient. From there we went to the Bogotá Sibaté axis, where the characteristics are similar to the provincial diagnosis, but the main problem is the Muña Reservoir, which is deteriorating the health and well-being of the inhabitants of the municipality, and at the same time the economic activity is reduced since the main economic potentials are directed to the mining and manufacturing, while the departmental and national roads do not take into account the municipality, which makes the economic potentials are minimal. The following study is focused on the analysis of the Sibaté territory, where a Master Plan is proposed in accordance with the Regional and Sub-regional determinants, having as reference zones, the municipal urban area and the Muña Reservoir with recovery projection to 2050, and proposing a Partial Plan for the edge of the city to delimit the growth of the city and proposing projects on that border, which are of regional impact and which go hand in hand with the environmental recovery of the ecological structure of the municipality.Después de realizar un inventario físico dentro de las 3 escalas de estudio (funcional, ambiental y socio-económica) comprendiendo las provincias de Soacha, Sumapaz y el sur de Bogotá, zonas que comprende el páramo de Sumapaz arrojó como diagnostico la falta de articulación del gran elemento ambiental a las diferentes provincias, y la mono-función en la que se desenvuelven económicamente las diferentes provincias, además del avanzado deterioro ambiental causado por la minería y la agricultura nociva en cercanías al pie de monte de páramo, además de esto el transporte y la infraestructura vial es deficiente. De allí pasamos a la escala del Eje Bogotá Sibaté, donde las características son similares al diagnóstico provincial, pero el principal problema es el Embalse de Muña, que está deteriorando la salud y el bienestar de los habitantes del municipio, y hace a la vez que la actividad económica se reduzca ya que los principales potenciales económicos se encaminan a la explotación minera y fabril, a la vez que las vías departamentales y nacionales no tienen en cuenta al municipio, lo que hace que las potencialidades económicas sean mínimas. El siguiente estudio va enfocado al análisis del territorio de Sibaté, donde se plantea un Plan Maestro de acuerdo con las determinantes Regionales y Sub-regionales, teniendo como zonas de referencia, el casco urbano municipal y el Embalse de Muña con proyección de recuperación a 2050, y planteando un Plan Parcial de borde de ciudad para delimitar el crecimiento de la ciudad y planteando proyectos en ese borde, que sean de impacto regional y que vayan de la mano con la recuperación ambiental de la estructura ecológica del municipio
