Impaired expansion of popliteal lymph node post BCG injection in mice with <i>H</i>. <i>polygyrus</i>.

<p>C57BL/6 mice (<b>A, B</b>) or Ly 5.1 mice (<b>C</b>) with chronic <i>H</i>. <i>polygyrus</i> were injected with 1x10⁶ CFU of <i>Bacille Calmette-Guérin</i> (BCG) in the skin of the footpad. (<b>A</b>) The expansion of the foot draining popliteal LN was evaluated at different time points. <b>(B)</b> Correlation between the cellularity of the popliteal LN and the number of migratory (MHC-II^hi CD11c+) dendritic cells tracked by CFSE between 48 and 72 hours after BCG injection <b>(C)</b>.
