<p>Human B-1 cells have been proposed to be CD20<sup>+</sup>CD27<sup>+</sup>CD43<sup>+</sup>CD1c<sup>−</sup> B cells found in the umbilical cord and adult peripheral blood, but their regulatory mechanisms have not been well elucidated.
