This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational justice and organizational commitment to employee work satisfaction PT. MandiriUtama Finance Surakarta. This research type is quantitative research through questionnaire with likert scale.This study uses 60 respondents from employees of PT. MandiriUtama Finance Surakarta with criteria has worked at least 1 year. Sampling technique with purposive sampling method. Data analysis method used is multiple linear analysis test with t test indicated that organizational justice and organizational commitment have significant effect to employee job satisfaction.
