The purpose of this research was to determine and explain the effect of Organizational Justice and Employee Empowerment on Organizational Commitment through Job Satisfaction among Employees of PT Kharisma Baru Indonesia. This study used a quantitative approach with a sample of 32 respondents at PT Kharisma Baru Indonesia employees and used Partial Least Square (PLS).
