ABSTRACT The longer a person uses the gadget at night, the harder it will be to fall asleep. Symptoms are difficult to fall asleep commonly called insomnia. The largest users of gadgets in Indonesia are occupied by people aged 19-34 years (49.52%). Impact of insomnia for students can indirectly reduce the concentration of learning so as to reduce student achievement in the academic.
