International audienceMalls are continuously adopting the positive change and promoting the creativity in the people lifestyle. There are various determinants which help the customer on the selection of shopping mall. Important factors were studied to see the customer preference for the shopping mall with the help of the structured questionnaire. We collected the data from 416 random visitors through a survey. Data were analyzed using simple linear regression. The study will also help the shopping mall management to understand the customer likeness for the services. Future research can be directed toward the shopping mall purchase intentions and customer loyalty
