IMPACT. 1: This past year we served over 1,200 patients and held 30 events. We have events for Generation Rx, Central Ohio Diabetes Association, and this year, we are partnering with Heart of Ohio Family Health Centers to develop a smoking cessation program. -- 2. Through our partnership with the National Kidney Foundation of Ohio, we have offered kidney health screenings and created an OSU team for the Columbus Kidney Walk held yearly. -- 3. Our screenings have greatly increased awareness and empowered people to take charge of their health.
