In this review, we take a survey of synthesis approaches and growth mechanisms of one-dimensional (1D) InN<br />nanostructures in a controlled manner. InN nanostructures with hexagonal wurtzite single-crystalline structures<br />using chemical vapor deposition (CVD) technique are discussed herein.
