LOCUS OF CONTROL PEMODERASI ANTARA KEPUASAN KERJA DAN KOMITMEN AFEKTIF PADA KARYAWAN HERMES PALACE HOTEL BANDA ACEH

ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepuasankerja terhadap komitmen afektif yang dimoderasi oleh locus of control. Teknikpengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu simple random sampling, denganukuran sampel sebanyak 109 karyawan Hermes Palace Hotel Banda Aceh. Teknikanalisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Moderated Regression Analysis. Hasilpenelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikanterhadap komitmen afektif serta locus of control berperan sebagai variabelhomologizer moderator dalam memoderasi pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadapkomitmen afektif. Kata Kunci: Kepuasan Kerja, Locus of Control, dan Komitmen Afektif. ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of job satisfaction onaffective commitment that is moderated by the locus of control. The samplingtechnique used simple random sampling, with sample size of 109 employees HermesPalace Hotel Banda Aceh. Analytical technique in this study using ModeratedRegression Analysis. The results showed that job satisfaction has a positive andsignificant effect on affective commitment and locus of control acts as a moderatorhomologizer variable in moderating the effect of job satisfaction on affectivecommitment.
