International audienceThe spatial agglomeration of cultural and creative activities (art, architecture, etc.) in former industrial quarters transforms urban wastelands into creative quarters. These creative quarters are the locations for collaborative networks of creative workers characterized by collective dynamics of sharing but also by togetherness. In order to understand the dynamics of creative quarters, this article aims to test the hypothesis of the establishment of a creative workers’ club within these territories.
