El artículo se enfoca en la oposición que presentaron los sectores del pequeño comercio cubano- español a la inmigración judía en los años 30 del pasado siglo a través de las campañas de prensa de la derecha pro española, que pretendía defender los “intereses nativos” contra una inmigración que consideraba “extranjera” y perjudicial.
