Le lexique relatif à la navigation en vieux slave et vieux russe

The Vocabulary Related to the Navigation in Old Church Slavonic and Old Russian This article is the result of a research on the vocabulary related to the navigation in Old Church Slavonic and Old Russian, and concretely on the semantic subdomains «boats», «parts of boats» and «crew of boats». With this aim, we analyzed several religious and historiographical works of both Southern and Eastem Slavic origin: the four ‘canonicaľ OCS Gospel manuscripts (Zographensis, Marianus, Assemanianus and Savvina kniga), the Codex Suprasliensis, the Apostolos Strumički, the Povest´ vremennyx let, the Old Russian translations of the Byzantine chronicle of Georges the Monk and of the Christian Topography of Cosmas Indicopleustes, as well as the three main editions of the Russian Bible (Gennadian, Ostrog and Synodal). First of all, we observed that in the translations from Greek the words корабль ‘ship’ and лодьѣ ‘boat, small boať are used in a generic sensé, while in the original Russian chronicles their meaning is more specific. Secondly, we found a majority of loanwords from Greek, besides some loanwords of Scandinavian and Baltic origin in Old Russian. And finally, we showed how the study of the vocabulary of shipping in Old Church Slavonic and Old Russian, together with the evidence of the historical sources, would allow us to reconstruct the whole evolution of shipbuilding among the Eastern Slavs.El léxico relativo a la navigación en antiguo eslavo y antiguo ruso Este artículo es el resultado de una investigación sobre el vocabulario relativo a la navegación en antiguo eslavo y antiguo ruso, y más concretamente, sobre los subcampos semánticos «barcos», «partes de barcos» y «tripulantes de barcos». Para ello, hemos analizado varias obras de carácter eclesiástico e historiográfíco de origen eslavo meridional y oriental : los cuatro manuscritos que contienen la traducción de los Evangelios en antiguo eslavo «canónico» (Zographensis, Marianus, Assemanianus y Sawina kniga), el Codex Suprasliensis, el Apostolos Strumički, el Relato de los años pasados (Povesť vremennyx let), las traducciones en antiguo ruso de la crónica bizantina del Continuador de Jorge el Monje y de la Topografia cristiana de Cosme Indicopleustes, así como las tres ediciones principales de la Biblia rusa (Gennadij, Oštrog y Sinodal). En primer lugar, hemos observado que en las traduccio nes del griego las palabras корабль «barco» y лодьѣ «barca» se usan en un sentido genérico, mientras que en las erónieas rusas originales su significado es más específico. En segundo lugar, hemos encontrado una mayoría de préstamos del griego, y sólo unos pocos préstamos de origen escandinavo о báltico en el antiguo ruso. Por último, hemos mostrado cómo el estudio del léxico relativo a la navegación en antiguo eslavo y antiguo ruso, junto соп el testimonio de las fuentes históricas, nos permitiria reconstruir toda la evolución de la fabricación de barcos entre los eslavos orientales.Santos Marinas Enrique.
