Lecturas del poeta culto (imprenta y mediación en las Rimas de Antonio de Paredes)

In the f irst decades of 17th century, lyric poetry developed « cultista », poetics intended for the cultured reader, at the same time progressive access to printing allowed for a more common readership. Thus « varias rimas » became a junction of different readings : the learned author's erudite ones and the more common audience's heterogeneous ones. Mediation reading is an attempt to cover the distance between both readings, to reconcile poetics with taste and therefore lead the reading of the book. In Antonio de Paredes «Rimas » (Córdoba, 1622) the duality of both prologues, one to an aristocratie addressee and the other to the common reader. La interposición de una lectura de mediación trata de salvar la distancia entre ambas y tender un puente entre la poética y el gusto, orientando la lectura del volumen. La dualidad de prólogos, al aristocrático destinatario y al lector vulgar, en el volumen de Rimas de Antonio de Paredes (Córdoba, 1622) y la utilización en ellos de un aparato de citas de autoridad sirven para el análisis de esta realidad, como manifestación de un fenómeno de gran trascendencia en la historia literaria y de la lectura.Ruiz Pérez Pedro.
