Like the legal experts and the judges, public health practitioners, who are required to take decisions daily in the grey area where ethics and politics meet, where norms have to be established and the law is ill-defined, have to try, on a day-to-day basis, to constitute and build up a doctrine and jurisprudence in order to be able to take decisions which are «just».
