目的 研究呼吸科细菌感染所致的全身炎症反应综合征(systemic inflammatory response syndrome,SIRS)患者的病原学分布及耐药情况.方法 收集2006年10月至2007年10月北京大学第三医院呼吸科住院患者中符合SIRS诊断标准者632例,进行统计分析.结果 由于感染因素引起SIRS者376例(59.49%),非感染因素所致者256例(40.51%).感染因素中取得细菌学证据者76例(20.21%),革兰阴性杆菌和革兰阳性球菌分别是52例(68.42%)和24例(31.58%),其中前3位的病原菌是金黄色葡萄球菌[23.68%(18/76)]、铜绿假单胞菌[19.73%(15/76)]、鲍曼不动杆菌[15.78%(12/76)].结论 由感染性因素引起SIRS的主要致病菌为金黄色葡萄球菌和铜绿假单胞菌.Objective To investigate the distribution and resistance in patients with systemic inflammatory response syndrome (SIRS) induced by bacterial infection in the hospital respiratory ward.Methods A total of 632 SIRS patients were retrospectively analyzed from October 2006 to October 2007.Results 376 cases of SIRS (59.49%) were induced by infection,while 256 cases of SIRS (40.5...
