产后卵巢静脉血栓(postpartum ovarian vein thrombosis,POVT)是产后罕见、严重的并发症,自1956年Austin首次描述POVT以来,有关POVT的文献多见于个案研究,多数文献报道POVT发病率在0.002％～0.05％,且有80％～90％发生于右侧卵巢静脉[1-3].剖宫产较自然产POVT发病率高,双胎妊娠较单胎妊娠POVT发病率高[4],及时的诊断和治疗可以有效地降低各种并发症的发生和死亡率.现就1例剖宫产术后左侧卵巢静脉血栓进行报道,并结合文献对其进行分析.中文核心期刊要目总览(PKU)中国科技核心期刊(ISTIC)中国科学引文数据库(CSCD)03492-4944
