目的:确定脐血中高含量白细胞介素3(IL-3)的主要来源,进一步了解脐血造血微环境.方法:应用抗IL-3多克隆抗体对7例人工流产的绒毛标本和10例健康产妇足月分娩的胎盘组织及脐带标本进行免疫组织化学染色.结果:足月胎盘的滋养层细胞呈现阳性表达,绒毛标本的滋养层细胞未见阳性表达,在其他细胞和脐血管内皮细胞上未见阳性表达.结论:胎盘滋养层细胞是脐血和胎盘表面的IL-3的主要来源.滋养层细胞分泌这种细胞因子的功能是随着胚胎的发育而逐渐完善的.中国科学引文数据库(CSCD)0180-823
