Investigation and analysis of the physicians knowledge on blood transfusion in general hospitals

目的 评价北京地区综合性医院医生对输血相关知识的掌握程度,并提出相应的解决方法.方法 采用随机抽样方法,从北京市3家三级甲等综合性医院中随机抽取300名医生进行问卷调查,对调查结果应用t检验和方差分析.结果 血液科、麻醉科专科医生问卷调查分数最高,显著高于其他组别医生(P<0.05);常涉及输血的外科问卷调查分数与内科无显著区别;高年资医生问卷调查分数低于低年资医生(P<0.05);94.3%的医生认为有必要再强化学习输血相关知识.结论 综合性医院医生对输血相关知识掌握程度尚可,但仍不乐观,有必要进行医学再教育,提高医生对输血相关知识的认识.Purpose General hospitals have many advantages in teaching,research,and clinical treatments.Blood transfusion,an effective therapy in modem medicine,should be emphasized in clinical settings.The present study is to e-valuate doctors'knowledge on blood transfusion.Method A total of 300 physicians from 3 large general hospitals were en-rolled for answering questionnaires,and t test/ANOVA were used for statistical analysis.Result Hematologists and Anes-thesiologists obtained significantly higher scores,compared with other groups(P<0.05);surgeom,who ordered most of the blood transfusions,were not significantly different in blood transfusion knowledge,compared to physicians of internal medicine.Senior physicians obtained lower scores than junior physicians(P<0.05).And 94.3%of the physicians be-lieved that intensified training on the knowledge of blood transfusion Wag necessary.Conclusion Continued medical educa-tion on blood transfusion should be emphasized,especially for the senior physicians.中文核心期刊要目总览(PKU)中国科技核心期刊(ISTIC)中国科学引文数据库(CSCD)011898-9002
